grapes
Grapes in our back yard. One of my favorite fruits is grapes and to save them I bought little bags from the 100 yen shop. I've now covered the best grapes and hopefully that will keep the butterflies out so we'll have great eating in August.
So the little white bags I see hanging from the vines, are protecting the grapes, from butterflies? I've always wondered! I've never, ever thought of butterflies as destructive in any way.
Born in Idaho, raised on an Orchard and Used Car lot, married a Japanese Ceramic artist, 2 adult married sons, live next door to wonderful in-laws. Bible believing Christian.

Yes they suck the juice out of the grapes.
