On Sunday morning we had a lovely Ainu group come and teach us about their culture. Here we are trying to learn to play the Mouth Kouto. called Mukuri in Ainu language.

Here the Ainu ladies are doing a chant/clap song.

This girl is the best at playing the mouth kouto. Each one of us got one as a part of our convention package and I'm practicing, but finding it very difficult to get any sound at all.
