In a mall we visited with Nami they had a special area for kids where you pay about 3 dollars for 30 minutes and then for 5 dollars time was unlimited. However the child must be accompanied by an adult and there was a limit to the age of the kid.
Nami loved this place with the wind blowing the balloons all around her.
