Only 4 of us from Chiba: Peggy, Viki, Catherine, & Vivian. Never remember a convention when there were so few of us.
I was the one in charge of the Charity Raffle. Susan did the drawing and here is the #1 winner.
Winner #3 and below is #4. Where is #2? Well tickets started selling at the Kanto luncheon and the Chiba Christmas party, but we said you didn't have to be present to win. So #2 was one of those who couldn't attend, but still one a beautiful ceramic plate made by my husband.
This raffle brought in 87,000 yen to the club's charity fund, but it was understood that 1/2 would go to a special member of our club who is fighting cancer.
