Snow in Idaho

We woke up Sunday morning to snow on the ground. So Nami got her first ride on a sled.
She loved being outside in this new white stuff.
This sure beats the steal runners on the bottom of the flexible flyers I sledded on as a child!
Even Dad had to take a try.

Who is this?

Here Nami meets Ema, but isn't sure what to think. Maybe I should pat her like I did the dog?

Finally Nami makes a friend of Uncle Dave. At first she was scared of his whiskers.

I guess it is okay if Ema sits on Grandpa's lap.

Nami at Auntie B's

Nami loves dogs, but this dog is quite a quick mover and kind of scares her.
I'll pet this end. This dog belongs to Auntie B's son and daughter-in-law who she lives with.

Near Mama feels safe.
Who is this Grandma? Oh, Grammy's favorite aunt? Okay, I like her too, but give me some time.

4 generations on my side

Male, female, male, female down 4 generations.
Again 4 generations with male, female, male, female.

Ema is the star

Both brothers enjoyed holding Ema. But neither was there to walk her at night while she was crying! Jack and I took turns with Andy in that marathon, while Waka rested to give her the next feeding!

This is Ema's first time to go to church. Above is Dr. and Mrs. D and below are Dr. and Mrs. R. both old family friends from years ago when I was almost Ema's size! Well, Dr. D delivered my little brother... I was 3.

What can I say? Someone took this photo without my permission. But it is quite funny since my cousin took the same pose of my father and blew it up into a 3 foot square framed photo for the wall! Now, you can see what jet lag does to someone my age! Or maybe it was walking Ema?
