Walk in Kamakura

3 mothers, 3 girls on a walk in Kamakura.
Nami has to check out all animals on the walk. Of course all are untouchable or uncatchable.

Ema all bundled up. But it was after this that she got a runny nose.
Narrow streets are part of the charm of Kamakura.

Sabbath in Kamakura

In the mother's room there were 3 babies, Nami, Ema and Emily (Ka-chans friend 's child). Above Nami can't decide which sipper is hers. Below Emily and Ema in her sling.

Hey, I'm not even 3 months old, but Dad thinks I should stand up!
Little cousins in their matching wear.

Still at the zoo

This donkey/ass wanted to chew on Nami's shoes

This year you had to pay to enter the cat's cage to pet them, but the rabbits were freely accessible.

These little fuzzy critters were very friendly and quite cute. Forgot their names, but now they are very popular in Japan with the toy stores having replicas of many kinds.

Ichihara Zoo

We enjoyed a couple of hours at the zoo in Ichihara.
They have a good elephant show that was quite exciting.

Nami enjoyed looking at the animals in the cages.

Nami's adventures

Japan stores have these lovely play areas where kids can try the toys. Nami loves these areas.
Quite an armful.
Nami, you are giving me your runny nose and cough.
This is my beanie buddy.
Chame (cat's name) usually runs away from kids, but she has learned to trust Nami and wants to be fed and pet by Nami.

Before Christmas

Nami loved going shopping when there was a shopping cart that was fitted with a kids car. It was hard to get her out!

Her first train ride into Chiba

Breakfast. She loves fruit and especially blue berries.

Christmas decorations/party

Well this jabon is not a decoration, but during that time, I decided to cut open the jabon that had fallen off the tree. Well, as you can see it is microscopic! Too bitter to eat too. Hopefully next year I'll have a better crop.
Chiba AFWJ members gather for the annual Christmas party.

Here the kids gather with Santa.
Our school's Xmas tree. Notice this is the first year for me to string popcorn and put on candy canes. Each child got to take 2 home on their last day of class in December.
Wreaths I made for the holidays too.
